Technical Account Manager

The Mimecast TAM will help you adapt and configure your Mimecast solution to match your unique environment and requirements, leveraging best practice learnings from existing Mimecast customers and partners to offer you the most complete solution available. They will stay apprised of all ongoing support matters, reviewing and tracking open support cases to ensure optimal issue resolution and appropriate internal escalation. This includes serving as your advocate within Mimecast with key departments such as our Security Operations team, Threat Intelligence analysts, and Product Management and Engineering groups.
